These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the pak234 platform, including all betting, casino, slots, and gaming products available at pak234.asia. Please read these Terms carefully before registering or placing any bet or wager.

If you fail to provide satisfactory documentation, pak234 may suspend your account, withhold pending withdrawals pending verification, and report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.
2.4 Single Account. Each individual may maintain only one pak234 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in all accounts being suspended and balances forfeited in accordance with Section 10 of these Terms.
3.1 Accurate Information. When registering on pak234, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
3.2 KYC Compliance. pak234 requires all users to complete KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. KYC documentation includes a clear photograph of your CNIC (front and back) and a selfie taken while holding your CNIC. pak234 reserves the right to request additional documentation at its discretion.
3.3 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any OTP codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. pak234 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You should immediately notify pak234 if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
3.4 Two-Factor Authentication. pak234 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. While 2FA is currently optional, pak234 reserves the right to make it mandatory for specific transaction types at any time with reasonable notice.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. pak234 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. All transactions on pak234 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pak234 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not process cryptocurrency transactions.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on pak234 is Rs 500 unless otherwise specified for a specific payment method or promotional campaign. Minimum and maximum transaction limits may be updated by pak234 from time to time.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. pak234 aims to process withdrawal requests within 1–5 business days of approval. Processing times may vary based on your bank or payment provider. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
4.4 Anti-Money Laundering. pak234 is committed to complying with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. pak234 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any transaction that it suspects may be connected to money laundering, fraud, or other unlawful activity. In such cases, pak234 may report the matter to relevant authorities.
4.5 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. pak234 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee of Rs 200 per month to dormant accounts after providing 30 days' written notice to the registered email address.
5.1 Bet Acceptance. A bet is not confirmed until pak234's system returns a bet confirmation with a unique reference number. In the event of a technical error during bet placement, the bet shall be void and stakes returned. pak234 reserves the right to refuse any bet at its discretion.
5.2 Odds Changes. Odds are subject to change up to the moment your bet is confirmed by the system. In-play (live) betting odds may change rapidly and the odds displayed on screen are indicative until confirmation is received. pak234 is not responsible for network delays that may result in a discrepancy between displayed and confirmed odds.
5.3 Void Bets. Bets may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: match abandonment, incorrect odds published due to manifest error, event cancellation, or evidence of match manipulation. In all void scenarios, stakes are returned to the user's pak234 account balance.
5.4 PSL & Cricket Markets. For Pakistan Super League (PSL) and international cricket markets, results are determined based on official results declared by the relevant cricket board. In the event of a tie or no result, applicable cricket rules for the specific format will determine settlement.
5.5 Maximum Payouts. pak234 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits per event, per market, and per account. Users placing unusually large bets may be subject to enhanced scrutiny and bet acceptance may be declined.
6.1 Game Providers. pak234 Casino offers games supplied by internationally certified third-party game providers. All live dealer games are streamed from professional studios operated by these providers. pak234 does not control the game software directly but ensures that all providers are held to fair play certification standards.
6.2 RNG Certification. All Random Number Generator (RNG) based games available on pak234 — including slots, virtual table games, and video poker — are supplied by providers whose RNG software has been independently tested and certified by accredited testing laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are disclosed by the relevant game provider.

General bonus conditions include wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, and validity periods. In the event of any conflict between specific promotional terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
7.2 Bonus Abuse. pak234 reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate associated winnings if it determines that a user has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting technical errors in bonus mechanics, or participating in coordinated wagering to circumvent wagering requirements.
7.3 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met. Real money funds deposited into a pak234 account remain withdrawable at any time, subject to standard withdrawal processing requirements.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pak234 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
pak234 reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including without limitation account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities.
9.1 Commitment. pak234 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable players. Gambling should be an entertaining activity and never a means of generating income or solving financial problems.
9.2 Player Tools. pak234 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered users: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time limits, reality check notifications, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools can be accessed from the responsible gaming section of your pak234 account settings.
9.3 Self-Exclusion. Users who wish to exclude themselves from pak234 may request self-exclusion for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. During self-exclusion, users may not register new accounts on pak234. Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion is a breach of these Terms.

10.1 Suspension by pak234. pak234 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) a user is suspected of breaching these Terms; (b) a user fails to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; (c) fraudulent, suspicious, or abusive activity is detected; or (d) required by applicable law or regulatory instruction.
10.2 Balance on Termination. Where an account is terminated for reasons other than fraud or Terms breach, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) remaining in the account will be returned to the user via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Where an account is terminated due to fraud or material Terms breach, pak234 reserves the right to forfeit all balances.
10.3 Voluntary Account Closure. Users may request closure of their pak234 account at any time by contacting support. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled per standard rules and any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal.
11.1 Platform Availability. pak234 makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, error, or delay. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect platform access. pak234 will endeavour to minimise disruption during peak sporting events such as PSL finals and international cricket series.
11.2 No Guarantee of Winnings. pak234 makes no representation or warranty that use of the platform will result in financial gain. All betting and casino games involve risk. Past results are not indicative of future outcomes.
11.3 Indirect Losses. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pak234 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including losses arising from technical failures, incorrect odds, or delayed withdrawals.
11.4 Third-Party Services. pak234 is not responsible for the performance, accuracy, or availability of third-party services including payment processors (JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah) and game providers. Any delay or failure attributable to a third-party provider does not constitute a breach of these Terms by pak234.
pak234 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using pak234, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. pak234 uses your data for account administration, KYC verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming compliance. pak234 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
pak234 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, pak234 will provide notice to registered users via the email address or mobile number on file at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the pak234 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 14.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to pak234's licensing jurisdiction. This does not affect your rights under the consumer protection laws of your local jurisdiction where applicable.
14.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute arising from your use of pak234, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance at [email protected]. pak234 will endeavour to resolve disputes within 14 business days of receipt of a formal complaint. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, it may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body under pak234's operating licence.
14.3 Language. These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
